Every song and exercise in this workout has been specifically and carefully chosen to help us stand strong both spiritually and physically.  It is a complete workout consisting of cardio, strength training and stretching. We will strengthen and tone all of the major muscle groups, enjoy some stress-relieving cardio and wind down and relax with stretching!  Because different options of intensity are given, this workout is for all fitness levels and easy to follow.  Our focus will be on becoming healthier and encouraged as we work out together.  Please bring a mat and your weights.
