School District Hiring Policy

The Marion Center Area School Board of Directors has adopted a District Hiring Policy aligned with state statutes. In -accordance with the Marion Center Area School District's Hiring Policies and Procedures, applications will only be accepted if and when an opening exists and shall be kept on file until the position is filled. Marion Center Area School District will no longer maintain an ongoing active file of applicants. Advertising for a specific opening will create an applicant pool when an open position occurs within the district.
