Aug:  5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 & 28

TIME:  6:30-7:30

Minimum participants- 14-$55.00   19-$40.00

June:  4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25 & 27

July:  9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30

Aug:  1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, & 29

TIME:  6:00-7:00

Join us for a fun filled action packed hour of both exercise and toning all built into one! Water Aerobics are less stressful on the joins.  All classes are structured and work on cardiac aspects as well as the muscular ones.  One does not have to be a swimmer to participate as all activities can be performed in the shallow or even the while sitting on the steps.  Lap swimming can also be performed if you desire to add to your workout!!

As with any health issue, we do encourage anyone with health concerns to please check with your dr and rely any health concerns to the instructor.
