Return to School Survey

Please complete the following survey indicating the plans for your child for the 20-21 school year. We understand that you did this once, but it's been a while and things have changed. We also have another POSSIBLE option for our elementary students that we would like our families to consider. We are requesting that families please submit the survey by August 12 so that we can balance our class sizes and get homeroom assignments out to families as soon as possible. Please fill out one survey per child.
