Chomebook Reservation Form

Complete the form below to reserve a Chromebook. Please keep in mind that our programs run on desktops, laptops, and tablets that have internet access. If you have a device for your child, plese do not sign out a chromebook. If you don't have enough for all of your children, please only sign out what you need. Phones are NOT ideal. Chromebooks can be picked up Monday from 8 - 11AM at your child's building.
