A BRAND NEW class which consists of a 45 minute total body workout. This class is a very easy to follow circuit workout where we will work from head to two with simple yet effective moves. We will work off stress and take time to stretch and relax after a busy day! This class is for all fitness levels allowing each individual to push to their own intensity. Please bring a mat. No other equipment is needed.
