2020-21 MCASD Planning Survey

On June 3rd, PDE released preliminary guidance to schools for re-opening for the 2020-21 school year.  Under the Green Phase, the current guidance allows schools to open for all students in the Fall with a School Board approved Health and Safety Plan in place.  In order to prepare for the coming school year, we are asking parents to please fill out the following survey for each of your children.
