Disposal of Surplus

When it has been determined that any property is no longer required for its originally intended purpose, is considered out of date, obsolete or in unusable condition, and/or is in quantities exceeding any possibility of effective use by the District, the Board authorizes that such property may be sold or exchanged. Bids will be received until 12:00 pm, April 15, 2021, after which time the bids will be opened and listed for board approval.  Upon approval, the successful bidder will be notified by phone.  Bid items not picked up within 15 days of notification of awarded bid will be considered rejected and the property will be considered as abandoned and disposed of by the district at its discretion.
